Cheryl Cofield is a Certified Daring WayTM Facilitator and executive life coach who assists c-suite leaders in developing radical self-awareness, leading with courage, building trust, and navigating difficult conversations. She also excavates personal stories, and choreographs powerfully transformational live story performances in the workplace.

Cheryl has managed complex portfolios for Fortune 50 corporations, served as in-house counsel for a host of agencies, and is currently the director of inclusion & engagement at The Georgia Institute of Technology where she serves as chief dialogue officer, dean of faculty for the Inclusive Leaders’ Academy, curator of transformative narratives, and chair of the Employee Resource Group Leadership Council.

 

Cheryl is the founder and CEO of CherylCofield.Me Unlimited, a boutique consulting firm specializing in corporate training, executive and life coaching, and a host of Daring WayTM workshops and retreats. CCM ULMTD serves a array of clients including the Federal Reserve Bank, Harvard University, the Department of Homeland Defense & Security, Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, and Phillips Exeter Academy.

Cheryl has served as a thought leader for Linkage’s Institute, The Conference Board, Naval Academy, College & University Professionals Association, and National Storytelling Network’s Healing Stories Alliance. Cheryl is a leading voice in modern diversity and inclusion, as well as a highly sought national conference presenter and program moderator. She enjoys healing arts, fencing, and producing storytelling events.
