Charisse R. Lillie is the CEO of CRLCONSULTING LLC, focused on offering advice to corporations and nonprofits on issues of corporate governance and diversity and inclusion. She practiced law for 28 years before joining Comcast Corporation in
2005. She retired from Comcast in 2017. During her tenure at Comcast, she served as Senior VP of Human Resources of Comcast Cable, Vice President of Human Resources of Comcast Corporation, Executive VP and then President of the Comcast Foundation and Vice President of Community Investment of Comcast Corporation.

She was a partner in the law firm of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll from 1992 to 2005. She was Chair of the Litigation Department of Ballard Spahr from 2002 to 2005. Her legal experience has included positions as Trial Attorney, U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Assistant U.S. Attorney for the E.D.PA., and the City

Solicitor of The City of Philadelphia. She is a member of The Executive Leadership Council.

Ms. Lillie previously served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. She is a member of the Board of Directors of The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company and Philadelphia Electric Company, an Exelon Company. She is a member of the Regional Advisory Board of PNC Bank, SEPA, DE and SNJ, and a member of the Board of Directors of Independence Health Group, Inc.

The Houston, Texas native received her B.A. in 1973 from Wesleyan University- cum laude; her J.D. in 1976 from Temple Beasley School of Law; and her LL.M. in 1982 from

Yale Law School.
