Amy Johnson

Facilitator, Learning and Performance, Sodexo North America



Amy Johnson currently serves as a Training Facilitator in Sodexo’s Learning & Performance Organization where she is responsible for delivering various live and virtual trainings throughout North America.

Prior to her current role, she was a member of Sodexo’s Client Loyalty Organization where she was responsible for the implementation of Client Loyalty Initiatives that supported Sodexo’s Customer Retention Strategy. She was also responsible for facilitating departmental trainings, as well as communicating Sodexo’s Client Loyalty Strategy throughout the company.

In 2014, she became the Millennial Representative on the National Team for iGen, Sodexo’s Generational Focused Employee Business Resource Group. In 2015, she became a Diversity Learning Lab Facilitator for Sodexo’s Office of Diversity where she delivers D&I specific live and virtual trainings. She also serves as a co-lead for Sodexo’s INclusion commUNITY where she supports the Inclusive Recognition Matters Initiative through the Office of Diversity.

Prior to joining Sodexo, she was employed at Comcast Spotlight as a Marketing Research Analyst.

Amy received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Jackson State University and her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Amy Johnson is a native of Monroe, LA and currently resides in Dallas, TX.

Her favorite bible verse is “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”- Philippians 4:13. Amy believes that she would not be where she is today without God by her side.
