Curry, the wife of NBA superstar Steph Curry, is a superstar in her own right, having turned a YouTube channel into a successful lifestyle brand.
When Curry started her YouTube channel as a hobby in 2014, her idea was to share her love for cooking and other activities that bring her joy. However, as her channel amassed more than 500,000 subscribers, Curry found herself with an audience willing to pay to step further into her world.
Curry looked to her own interests for inspiration. She came up with such products as a cookbook, a line of cookware, jewelry, bedding, and meal kits. She’s currently working on an upcoming line of baby food.
In 2019, Curry partnered with web-domain company GoDaddy to encourage other entrepreneurs to monetize their passions through online businesses. By using GoDaddy to power her website, which brings her many ventures together under the brand Homemade, Curry is using her influence to inspire others.
