First, one time print editorial rights, cover and inside, in Nov 08 issue of Diversity Woman magazine, plus concurrent web use and archiving. All other rights are reserved, and must be negotiated with photographer. Include photo credit adjacent to photo and provide photographer 2 copies of printed issue. Photographer must authorize reprint rights to images; call for permission and to finalize fee. License is granted contingent on payment in full as per terms. Copyright remains exclusive property of photographer. Images from assignment archived for minimum of two years from date of image delivery. No archiving is guaranteed after that time without written request from client.
